The AdaRose Story

The AdaRose story is rooted in our founder’s professional experience in digital health and her passion for empowering people and teams to thrive.

The Heart of AdaRose

AdaRose is named after Lygeia's daughter Ada, and reflects a story of health ownership. When doctors told Lygeia that her newborn needed open-heart surgery to close a hole in her heart, Lygeia didn't just sign up. As an experienced patient advocate, and with intensive research and professional input, she and her husband chose to "watch and wait" instead—a decision their family is grateful for today.

That experience taught Lygeia that the biggest health outcomes rarely come from one big moment—they come from small, informed steps taken consistently. It's the same idea behind AdaRose: helping employees own their health in bite-sized pieces, built into the workday, so organizations and their people can thrive.
